I thought the 833 was a mopar transmission?

They were used behind Dodge & GM products. The trans came in either GM or Dodge style mounting and some had a SBC bell housing with a Dodge type trans. They also had factory Hurst shifters.

I believe the 833 could have been behind the 2.5L or 2.8 in a Jeep.
