Hinge Cover Plugs?

Looking for a source for the hinge cover plugs on a '71 burb on the door pillar in front of the 3rd door. These appear to be hard to find, anyone make their own? If so would love to see ideas/photos, thanks.

Any newer Burb's or other vehicles have similar plugs that I might be able to pull from a junk yard?

Thanks, let me know how they look. I understand that they are 45 years old, some of mine are really brittle and cracked due to age.
