WTB Forward leaf spring perches for 88 S10

Cut my perches off to do a 4 link but changed my mind. Now I need some forward leaf spring perches to put it back to leafs again.

Anyone have some forward leaf spring perches that will fit an 88 S10 laying around from bagging a truck or doing a 4 link?
