Not unless it was a big block first. Lots of people put duel exhaust on these trucks, but the factory only put them on Big Block Trucks. If your truck has them check to see if they are bolted down or rivetted or check the history of your truck. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

WES is right. Only 396/402 trucks were fitted with dual exhaust. Also, leaf spring and coil spring trucks carried different hanger brackets.
