go to an appliance store get a refrigerator box and cut it down to fit

try going to a home renovations store like, lowe's or home depot, even a walmart automotive, we used to have long narrow boxes for all sorts of stuff.

Seek and Ye shall find
Being a firefighter, I have found a perfect box for shipping a grille. You can use a box that the back boards come in, You know that board they lay you on to protect your spine? And I was just going to use them for laying down on the ground under my truck.... Thanks for making me think.
