Chevy Panel VIN check
 

I'm having a hard time figuring out the VIN on a early 60's panel truck. I was lead to believe it was a 1965, but the VIN is 0C145K111443, which according to LMC, it looks like a 1960. The problems are I didn't see panel trucks listed on LMC's catalog and it has a 65 front clip. Can anybody help? Also, what is the best way to do a history check (in order to get a title with bill of sale) for these old trucks? Thank you,

The '60-'63 trucks, Suburbans and Panels will have the wrap around windshield.
