Question about grills

Was wondering how i could get a grill like this on my 85k10 i like the left/right high low setup more then the above/below setup heres a pic of the style i like.

The 89-91 k5 blazer,suburban and the 1 ton crew cab used that grill light combo.I'm not sure if you have to change the core support or not.

You'll need to replace the entire core support but it's a decent swap that alot of people do.
