WTB 98 Silverado Dash
 

A friend of mine had his 98 Silverado broken into and they damaged his dash. They have discontinued the dash from GM so I am helping him locate a like new replacement. If you have one or know where I can get one I'd appreciate the info. His is currently gray but I imagine he'd have it painted if that was his only option. Thanks

See if you can get the GM part # for me and I have a few sources for discontinued items and I will see what I can come up with.

No luck. a junk yard is going to be your best bet.

That's what I figured. I have access to GM dealer locator as well as Vintage Parts and that didn't show anything. I might try other colors on Monday. Thanks for looking.

I have a few, I'll check at the shop today. I know of one that has had wiring cut - if you can remove his wiring and install it in this dash, it should work great.

Hi I have a complete dash from a 99 suburban, has air bags, wiring, but no gauge cluster Tan color Would that work? make an offer if it does. Would have to ship from central Indiana

If he passes and its in good shape I would be interested, the 1 in my 97 is cracked and is fading bad at the top of the dash. Not sure if shipping would kill the deal but I'm at 12306 zip code.
