Got my truck home here is some close up pictures and question
5 Attachment(s)
Ok, I got my truck home from AZ. and it is very clean but I have a question about the door jambs as seen in the pics. They looked like they have been worked on or is that factory? If they have been worked why and how to fix them? What do you guys think. The rest of the truck is very clean. Thanks guys.

few more. The undercarriage and floorboards are also rust free but it was too darn cold to crawl up underneath of the truck tonight

That drivers cab corner defineatly looks worked on there is over spray around the bump stopper

It looks original to me, all those spot welds are factory and really a challenge to duplicate with after market sheet metal.

After giving it a more thorough inspection today I think it is factory. I was just too darn cold to look it over too good last nite. I think it has had a overspray at some point, I can see it on the gas tanks also.

The spot welds look like that from the factory. The bumper stop looks like it has crud on it. Doesn't look like paint to me. But the striker has paint on it. It didn't come from the factory like that.
But compared to everything you see up here, that truck is in super fantastic condition. |

That is a super clean truck. Doesn't look like any work has been done and, if so, they did a great job. Congrats!

My bet is all original but possible body work due to damage or possibly a re spray in around the late '90s.
