cluster issues what can I do
2 Attachment(s)
OK, quick question I took my cluster apart since I could not pull the bulbs out...now I realize the connector to the bulb says replace entire asm. I have a ton of the older connectors and led bulbs but the old style does not fit into the 90 cluster. What can I do to use my led bulbs? Who sells these things, can I use 88-99 bulb connectors? Thanks.

Re: cluster issues what can I do
you may not like the look of led's in a cluster. they are too directional and not a wide illumination so it causes dark spots. i switched my cluster back to standard incandescent bulbs. just an fyi.

I have them on my truck. Green led bulbs and I love them. But thanks for the info.

Re: cluster issues what can I do
Those newer style bulbs with the attached base/socket are PC194 or PC168 bulbs ... the number should be printed on them. LED replacements for them appear to be readily available on ebay.

Re: cluster issues what can I do
I used the old style (green bulbs and sockets) in the wifes 98 cavalier cluster
It replaced the one piece lights, fit fine, there must be even more different sizes |
