Vent window latch
 

Looking to replace mine and I am finding that the right latch is ten bucks more at every place I have called. Some places do not even carry the right side. What is so special about the right side? Could the extra cost for a part that is exactly the same except reversed be because the left side typically wears out more often?
So far it looks like NAPA is the only place that can get both sides for me and they want 16 for the left and 27 for the right.....I just have a hard time shelling out that much more for the right side.
