no pulley, but I've found them on evil bay, the steel version just needs a key way. What I was gonna do is get the domed pulley and turn it around to reach the water pump and alt groove. If you still want it I can get shipping quotes just need your zip code...

It all comes together, I've even found an NOS pulley nut, but I didn't buy it once I made the decision to keep my manual steering.
