Well as projects go a little change happened. The lsx motor is on hold till next winter.
Did some trade work for a built 350 and th400. Thank goodness I'm a hoarder. Dug thru my parts, and rounded almost everything for some summer driving.

Had some extra time, got motor set. transmission cross member from 80s frame looks to be a good fit. A little ugly but works for now

Little progress on truck. Great progress in parts hunting. I've had good luck on parts. Full front clip from pic and pull. Sad to see such a nice truck there. And a big back window cab truck for a little yard work
