hydraulic clutch parts wanted, please

I'm in need of a hydraulic setup for a auto to manual conversion on my 1970 truck. I'm going from a TH350 to a SM465 and am looking for the clutch/brake pedal assemly, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, hydraulic bell housing and misc. hardware. I think it should be from 85 and on. Any hints on the best situation or years to use is appreciated. Thanks.
