donor box side compatability ?

I picked up a nice pass. side box panel but not sure on the year of it.Was wondering if all boxs were made the same .Mine is a 1980 so I wasn,t sure if the wheel tubs bolt in the same,it looks a little different than mine.

As far as I know, the fleetside wheel tubs all have the same bolt pattern where they mate up to the bedsides.

The fuel filler opening is about the only thing that really changed over the years.
