1960-62 V-8 motor mounts/towers
 

I have a set of the V-8 motor mounts, towers, & backing plates (that go inside the cross member) off my 61 I'm not going to use. $250 shipped in the contiguous United States.

Does that frame have the auto crossmember? If so how much for it ?

It does have the auto crossmember, but I will be running an auto trans so it wouldn't be worth my time to sell it then have to build something else. Thanks anyway

Them towers are rare! I might be wrong but they look like the the towers for an in line 6 with a powerglide transmission. Not sure if they work for v-8s too? I sold a 60 stepper with a in line 6 and powerglide trans (factory) with them towers.. 60-62 with a powerglide used them towers..

I'm no expert on the 60-66 trucks by any means. I've just purchased this 61 and they look like another set that were for sale on here. If I'm wrong let me know. Maybe some experts can chine in. Not trying to sell something that's not what I think it is

That's what I thought too. 283 only, auto only.

I did some looking and my truck does have the V-8 hood emblem on the front as well

I have set that came on my 1962 equipped with a 283 and a powerglide.
