Rear bumper

I have a sport bumper on my suburban. im thinking I would like to section it and smooth the bolts on it. right now its got a tweek at the left side. my question is how hard are they to straighten? I would rather try and fix this one then to get a new one and cut that up. thanks for the help.

I don't think there that hard there was a guy that my dad and the car lots used that's all he did he would pull it off straiten it right there put back on for 100 bucks.
