Where do I get some Coys?
Hey guys! I've always loved the coys wheels a lot of you are rolling already. Never bothered looking into them much simply because my truck, being a 1975 C20 with the 8 lug setup, wasn't "cut-out" for the wheels.
But... I'm starting to consider buying a set of adapters to convert my truck to 6 lug using this setup: http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/ODUwWDEwMD...U6oO4/$_57.JPG http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wheel-Adapte...32bdd3&vxp=mtr What's your guys opinion on this? And will it even fit a set of coys? I'm having a hard time finding some good information on them which is weird because they're on so many trucks, and even more cars. Here are the wheels I would like to run, maybe even with a 20 rear/18 front setup? Who knows we'll see: http://www.coyswheel.com/images/c5_truck02.jpg http://www.coyswheel.com/coys-truck.html I'd love your opinion and if you can tell me how to make this work! Thanks for your time guys |
Re: Where do I get some Coys?
I would skip the adapters and just swap the truck over to 6 lug. What rear end do you have in it now ?

I don't trust a adapter seen a few fail and its never pretty when you lose a wheel.
