Door panels

Will interior door panels from another year 67-71 C10 fit my 72 C10 ? I'm looking to replace mine but i dont care for the original style. I like the older flat metal style.

you would have to replace the regulators also. the arms for the window crank handle are longer and would probably look funny sticking out so far
