You would know better than me, I have a 72. I only have the small brackets you have shown it the picture that mounts to the top of the frame. Is what you have shown in the pic's all the brackets that mount the bumper and are 71 and 72 the same? PM me a price for the brackets and washers. Thanks, Mike

Yea they are the same for 71 and 72 on the front but the 72s are a little different in the rear the bumper bolts directly to the rear frame horns on a 72.
