where to go for leaf springs and eaton brake parts

i have a 72 3/4 4x4 i need to replace rear springs and the rear brake lines and going to go thru the eaton rear axle while i am at it. i am keeping it stk height and don't want it to ride like a lumber wagon i will be putting a set of air bags in for trailer pulling purposes. where has every one gone for parts for these trucks and where to stay away from?
thanks eric everingham

I can't tell you directly but its been covered a number of times, probably Napa would be a good place to start for break stuff..

My grandma, Grandpa and dad were from Stromsburg and Norfolk, i have been there as a kid and had a great time in a park there amongst other things.

As far as springs BDS and SD Truck Springs are a couple right off hand.

Re: where to go for leaf springs and eaton brake parts

I am a '69 C25 and just got my order from LMC (near you in KS) for leaf springs (plus lots of brake parts, but not brake lines).
I am a little concerned because with the "5 leaf spring" setup that they sent they counted the overload as a leaf so I am one leaf short of the 5 + 1 setup that is original to the truck. (I will do some HW, but I expect I will just use the ones they sent.) Other than that, the parts look to be fine (good match) and were definitely cheaper than the Oregon place I had found that would build them from scratch. LMC had the U-bolts and shackles, too.
I can let you know about the fit after they are installed if you want.

FWIW, my LMC experience was a bust. The leaf springs I rec'd weren't the right set up of center pin to ends. I really wish the LMC catalog had specs or better descriptions....
I am taking swamp rat's lead and have parts from SD Truck Springs on the way. They do list measurement specs, so I expect no problems. And they were 20% less expensive than LMC. Wish I had found them sooner.
