WTB In-Bed Spare Tire Mount

But seriously I don't know.. they go anywhere from $25 to $65 on here and the norm is $35.. the one pictured above went for $35.

Where/how were these mounted? And how did the wheel attach to it?

Here is a pic of what I have.
The bottom right bolt is broken halfway down the threads. It would need to be replaced.
