'65 AC vent assembly

Up for sale is vent assembly from my '65 donor truck. I'm pricing it for the vent balls & center piece only because the case was accidently broken into about 4 pieces. I reassembled it with plumbers pvc cement and I believe it is strong enough to use as is, just sand the joints and paint. However there is a corner piece I could never find. A fellow member (corvettejim1968) is making a very nice repop and per post #270 on his thread is offering a $50.00 credit for original vent balls toward purchase of his rechromed originals. (please correct me if I misunderstood this) Either way, these are $300-500.00 on ebay.

I will take $55.00 shipped. Payment by USPS money order or check if you want to wait for it to clear for shipping. Sorry, I don't have paypal.

Thanks for looking.

I got the AC vent this weekend. It actually looks better than I expected . I cannot believe that PVC glue is holding it together like that, I tried to break it and it's pretty strong. I should be able to make that missing piece and be good to go. Thanks again Ival

Thanks for letting me know Ival. Yea I was pretty happy with how well the pvc glue worked too, only reason I listed it. Post us a pic when your finished.
