Tires and wheels on a '74 MH90

Hi guys,
I am a little new to the "big stuff" and have a question concerning a ruck I am looking at. we are talking about a '74 Chevy mh90 that has budds on it. I am a little gun shy as I have two old trucks all ready with 20's ( tube type, two piece wheels ) and am sick of it. now all I have of is a picture of this "new truck" I am interested in and I fear I am getting into the same old thing. I was hoping that '74 would be new enough to avoid the hassle but I think there are enough to clues that It is not. First of it appears to have lock rings .. leading me to believe it is tubes.. leading me to believe it is 20". the question is are Budd wheels universal? will a set of tubeless 22.5's go right on there? or is this going to be another nightmare of Supply and searching?

I was thinking maybe C10 - C90 Bill would have seen this by now and replied. I see he hasn't logged in here for about a week, but you may want to send him a PM because I'm guessing he can answer this for ya.
I'm about 99% sure the bolt pattern would work for ya. But, I'm thinking possibly the studs on later models are larger. Hopefully maybe Bill or someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in.

Bill,

Dan and I have been E-mailing each other back and forth for a couple of weeks now actually, lol. I've been helping him out the best I can, but Wheels are one of my weaknesses. When I drove, the mechanic always handled them and when I owned my own, I always like the tire guys to handle any work. It was safer that way, but I lost out on experience.

Also, all of my heavy trucks had Spokes, the ones I know you hate, lol.
