65 cab removal

Fred Flinstone had a nicer floor pan than me. Is it a pain to remove the cab on these trucks? It's mostly in the corners of the cab by the doors. Should I buy a complete floor pan or just piece it together? And if I piece it together, does the cab need to come off?

Rocker panels and some cab corners. I'm tired of looking at them/the road
