Anybody running Ultra 164s or similar? Have to pick out wheels & tires.

They make these in 15" on up to 17". I want to put 35" tires on, so I'm thinking I should go with 17" wheels, although I hear tires for 18" wheels may be cheaper due to current popularity. Just looking for some input.
