Appears to be a Hickey steering stabilizer look at link below page 7 you be the judge 32 shipped SOLD

4x4 shackles blasted, primed, and painted not show quality plenty of hammer and chisel marks the one on the left had a torque mark I filled it in and ground smooth. 32 shipped SOLD
