Holley 302-2 oil pan

Can any tell me where the best place to buy this Holley 302-2 oil pan would be? What additional parts will be needed to put on a 2005 5.3 Vortec? Any help would be nice.

The pan comes with just about everything you need, less gasket and dipstick/tube. I think somewhere like Summit would be the best place to get one, especially with free shipping.
