Replace Floor Pan Without Removing Cab?

Probably a stupid question but could a guy replace the complete floor pan without removing the cab from the frame? I'm envisioning removing the box to give me some room and bracing the hell out of everything on the inside then supporting all four corners of the cab from underneath. Anyone try such a hairbrained idea? Any success?

The floor has to go in from the bottom. You'll want the cab off to clean all of the seams really good before reinstalling the floor. Don't go crazy with the bracing, install the doors and use clamps to move the a-pillars and rear pillars to set your gaps before you start welding.

Nsane is probably right but there is always some idiot that is going to go against the grain. That would be me and my buddy Ron...:).. Here is how we did it.

Not too detailed but you can see the bracing in some of the pics. Worked out great but it is not for the faint of heart...!
