Spring difference?

I'm sure someone's asked here before:
Is there a difference between Burb/Panel rear springs and SWB/LWB rear springs?

The Parts Book says the C10 Panels used two from 60-66 :
3795801 base
3795802 HD
Other C10 trucks used 3935872 for HD from 63-66.
There is no distinction between wheelbase.
