I saw this today. Its very nice, its at a tow yard in orange county, not much rust at all and for a pretty fair price. I took some pics if anyone is interested. It needed some cleaning up on the inside but very straight and minimal rust especially for a beach truck. I was tempted to jump on it but already have too many projects going.

Do you know if the engine is any good? What about the rest of the mechanicals, like the Tcase, trans, and axles?

Everything is there, although he was not sure how good the engine was. he towed it from another location and the owner failed to pick up so now he has it on a lien sale. The only area that had a lot of rust was on the hatch, everything els was minimal. BTW I saw you drive by me yesterday off Ynez rd in Temecula, your Burb is sweet!

Haha really? It was such a nice afternoon, I decided to drive around town.
Are you the other 4x4 old burb in Tmec?, I caught a glimpse of a 71-72 a few weekends ago. Was blue I think, and had a kid seat in the front.

So what made you pass on the deal?

I do have a blue 72 k20 4x4 but haven't drove it in a while. I was going to sell it but now having second thoughts. It needs quite a bit of body repair and I'm just thinking on trying to find a donor body for it instead. I was really considering getting this one on CL but I like the 8 lug k20s more. It was such a good deal I wanted to share it with others here.

Wow, I need to move to to Cali! 500 bucks cheaper than what I paid for my 69 C10 and in way better shape! A little far for me to head out and drag it back to Mass!
