Using Car Seats in a K30 Crew Cab
Looking to upgrade my interior in an 89 Crew Cab K30.
I am came across a very nice seat for a reason price, but it is out of a 2000 Cadillac DeVille DTS.. Any thoughts on using these? I am assuming the width from door to door, would possible be the first issue among many. But I thought I would ask you guys and see if you could give me some technical insight.. Thanks in advance! Which seats do you want to change front or back? Bench or buckets?

Re: Using Car Seats in a K30 Crew Cab
I will be replacing all of them.
The Cadillac has Buckets in the front and Bench in the back with built in seatbelts - which I like (Like the new silverados) I just came across this option because the price point was good and the leather seats were in excellent condition. I just didn't think they would fit. If this option doesn't work, I will probably just put 4 bucket seats in there and build a center console down the length of cab, in the middle. Kind of like a Humvee (military)/Hummer H1 has. |

The way I see it, measure twice drill once. I doubt the caddy seats are much if any wider than our square seats. Shouldn't be too complicated of a swap.
