Anyone running a 4.3 V6 in a 41-46 chevy?

Been considering a S10 chassis for a 46 chevy project and recently started thinking of using the 4.3 V6 with the EFI and OD trans. Had a 2003 S10 yrs ago that ran good. Tried a few searches but couldnt find what I was looking for. Just curious if anyone here has this set up and how you like it.
