67 Tailgates Different Than 68-72?
 

I'm throwing the idea around of switching to a fleet side bed on my 67. I noticed that 67 side bed panels are different than 68-72.

Are the tailgates different too?

Tail gates are all the same and the only difference in the besides are the marker/reflector lights...

67 fleet tailgates are slightly different than 68-72. There is a subtle difference in the stamping and 99% of people out there will not notice it.

Yeah, there is that little difference mentioned. Two, actually, then '68s have one and not the other. Probably not worth worrying over unless you are showing at Pebble Beach. Then again, I doubt Mr. Whiteglove Stuffyshirt will know the difference
