Im looking for a ne steering wheel

Hello,

My truck has power steering and a 76 Chevrolet van column. It currently has a modern street rod type steering wheel.

Can anyone recommend a steering wheel that would look a little more classic?

Thanks,
Jason

Any (GM) wheel should work. Just the horn/turn signal cancel cam would be different.

I would try a Comfort grip wheel. (67ish era) it should fit all your criteria and pretty muchs with the appropriate horn /mounting kit will work on your column.

Thanks, the comfort wheel looks nice. I just looked them up on ebay.

It looks like they are 15". I'm really not sure what size I should get.

Any other thoughts?

I have seen them advertised as 14" and 15"....I think mine is actually 14.5. Just get the appropriate mounting kit for your column and you shouldn't have any issues. I was worried at first thinking I wouldn't like it cause it seemed so thin compared to the fat grip wheels my newer trucks have, but it really is VERY comfortable to drive with.

I got mine from a local show/swapmet these guys came to.
