Fella in Cold Lake with the blue dropped longbox

Hi all.
Does anyone know the guy from Cold Lake Alberta with the static dropped cpp blue long box? It think it was a 64-66.
I met him a few weeks ago in my yellow 63 short wide and he directed me to this forum. Forgot his handle though.
