Mounting Bolt Hole Pattern for 67 Door Mirror?

I was able to find a OEM side mirror of the 67. The holes where welded up from the PO. Does any have a diagram of the bolt hole pattern?

I have the mirror and arm. What other parts do I need? Bolts, gasket, and backing plate? Can you post of pictures of them?

there might still be the backing plate on the inside of the door. reove the door panal and see
