Ignition cylinder removal help
truck is a 74 with the three speed on the column I bought a column from a guy on here and it came with one key I have lost. I went and bought a new cylinder and the instructions tell me that I need to put the key in the on position before I can push out the switch. I cant get this into this position without the key how else can I get the switch out... thus far the chrome cover has fallen off should I just try to screw in a slap hammer and get it out that way or will that break the column?
