Windshield Wiper Blade Question
 

I have the original Trico metal wiper arms on my 72. I would like to get new refills for them but I am told they are obsolete up here in Canada. The Trico Part # is 43-150 for the refills. What do you folks in the USA do for refills for the original wiper arms, or are they obsolete there as well.

I looked on line and Trico makes them along with other companies. Advance auto parts shows them. If you wanted to buy complete ones I have removed the blades and installed them into my old blade holders.

Thanks for the lead Jim. I guess the part number Trico 33-150 is not carried in Canada anymore. I guess not enough volume for the Canadian distributors to stock them.

I bought AC Delco blades from Rock Auto. The p/n is 8-7150. They are 15" long and look just like the originals. I think I paid $22 for the pair. Good luck with your search.

O'Reilly Auto parts sells them.. for 9.00 if I remember right... it is under their Classic line...

On checked on Amazon.ca ( the Canadian version of Amazon ) and they had the Trico 33-150's. They also had the refills only Trico # 43-150. They are ordered and on the way. Thanks everyone for your info and help.
