Looks like an Ebay twin turbo kit. To most people, that does not really add much value.

I certainly wouldn't purchase a vehicle that was boosted, unless I knew that it was a low compression motor, especially when the quality of the components is questionable.

That being said, I hope he gets his asking price.

I guess it depends what you're looking for. The body seems straight, but I noticed there aren't any rear shots, or side shots, or interior shots.

The engine could be shot. But the turbo components might still be good, it's hard to tell without starting it up.

Yank off the turbo stuff send it down the line to the next guy that wants to boost something or two guys that have an Accord and fart cans that think they can rule the world and then have a truck that is something you can start with
