85 Power Window Problem(s)
 

Recently purchased 85.

Driver window works 100%, a little slow, but up and down no problems. Passenger window is up, but would not go down using either switch. Tried replacing both switches with known good ones, still no down, so it must be the motor... Replaced the motor. Now I have up on the passenger switch, but no down and nothing from the drivers side. ( I might have had up on old old motor from the passenger side switch, but never took it apart to manually put it down and try it out. ) What gives???

You might have some bad connections in the harness somewhere....may have to do a little digging around.

On mine the nylon guide wheel in the regulator was seized up.....it wouldnt roll so the window wouldnt go down..........
