New alternator and new harness will have to wait.
I just spoke with Wes today and I've decided (as much as it pains me) to hold off on a new alternator (internally regulated) and wiring harness since the harness is specific to idiot lights or gauges.
I want gauges but am not ready to buy those right now. I did go ahead and get a new wiring gutter, which is what I really needed anyway. Maybe next year I can get what I really want. |

i have the dummy light wiring in my 67 too. i was just going to reconfigure the wiring to accept the factory gauges using GMC paul's instructions. no need to buy another harness.
Im also going to use the volt meter setup. i purchased from a member here making the kits. I already did the re wiring for the regulator and HEI setup |

You don't have to buy a harness to do an integrated alternator swap
