Heater core removal: what am I missing?

So I removed the 6 or so bolts and nuts (two nuts) from the outside of the heater core but it won't budge. Is it just gasket holding it on or is there something else?

Here are the removed bolts and nuts:

If I remember right there were a couple of bolts on the inside too. Its got studs that go from the inside to the outside or vice versa. Once your sure all the hardware is out and the electrical connections are loose, then just pull the outer cover off the gasket. Its been a while since i took mine off but it wasnt bad.
