Matching Torsion Spring Height Help

Can anyone with more experience than me please tell me if there is a way to make sure that the driver and passenger side torsion bars are adjusted to the same height? Can i just count the bolt threads? Should I take the bolts all the way out and tighten again counting the revolutions? Any help would be appreciated.

When I lowered my 60 I jacked it up and counted the same amount of turns on one side then did then turned on the other side to match. Make sure to soak the bolts with PB blaster before

I agree and you can easily adjust a little afterword if one side is higher than the other.
