Horn rebuild service

I have about 3-4 high note horns that don't work. Any idea if someone rebuilds them?

Are you sure you are getting a good ground when you test em?
Ive never had one that didnt work, I get them from parts trucks clean or sand blast em
paint and they all still work.

Try spraying WD-40 inside them. It sometimes works....

I think so. I tested them holding the bracket to the battery neg terminal and then direct wiring to the pos. I checked about 20 horns this way and found most of the High note horns would not work.
