need a measurement taken for a hidden reciever hitch
 

Can anyone take a measurement of the distance between the license plate bracket (on a sport bumper) and the ends of the chassis for me? I am building a hidden receiver hitch and trying to determine how far the receiver needs to be so it ends up right behind the license plate.
I have a short bed fleet side truck, I am going to be using the chrome sport bumper, which I currently do not have, so if anyone who has a fleet side truck would be willing to get me a measurement, I'd greatly appreciate it. it just needs to be approximate......
