c10 spindles fit c20?

I have a set of 1982 c10 2.5" drop spindles that I bought for my truck. I do not need them anymore. My buddy wants them for his c20 and I think his is a 84 or 86 4x2 model. My model is 4x2 also. Will they work on Hus truck? I do know that the rotors will have to be the same width as mine, mine are 1".
