Does anyone know an easy way to change the control arm bushings?

Working on the same thing right now. Was able to get them off similar to the video plus a few swear words. The next question is pressing them back in. One side is easy with a ball joint press or similar, but then getting the other side seated with the crossbar in place is a head scratcher for me. Have been researching without luck so far. Any ideas?

Removed mine by drilling out bushings then splitting inner sleeve off cross bar. installing was large socket just right size to catch lip on outer sleeve with out crushing rubber. Worked pretty good but by end of job my hammer swinging hand was shot thanks to my air hammer giving out 5 mins into job. did upper and lower ball joints and bushings, inner and outer tie rods, idler and pitman arm and swaybar bushings all at once.

drill out the old rubber. I used a sawzall to start the cut on the metal part then used a hammer to break them and pull them out. Went pretty quick for me. I used the energy suspension kit.
