Golden anniversary Longhorn and 69 Swb homecoming party

Two long term Father,Son and Grandson projects are coming together this Labor day weekend. We have been working on these on and off for several years. While some fleet vehicles have left the family others have come in. I started the fever when in high school and both my father and son have it now as well. When we say it's a sickness it's contagious as well.

The second from left IS the longhorn in first picture getting the corrected paint scheme based on spid. I will get some of the green one later when I get out to the farm. It's going in soon to get a scratch repair. It's a 69 C20 and has been the one used to pull trailers and farm equipment for past 15 years after a rebuild and is simply a very nice custom 4 speed camper edition. The 70 in green third over, left us to a new home and the blue 71 is a Cheyenne and its dads pride.

Another vote for seeing the 2nd one from the left! What happened to its wheels?

Those trucks had split rims from factory which are no longer serviceable at any tire store around here. That is all.
i have more pics of buddy buckets and interior but will post better ones when it returns home. It's under 75,000 original miles. We have the huge slide in camper for it yet and it looks like it's straight out of 1968 and been inside most of its life. It hangs out over the truck front so far I swear the hood would almost touch it when raised. Then hangs 30 inches off the back too. It was a unit especially built to fit the Longhorn edition. Near 15 feet front to back.

Got any "before" pics of it when it still had it's born-with wheels on?

Congrats on getting the trucks wrapped up. I have stayed up to date with Brant on the swb build. They look great and when I get the crew done we will have to go for cruise. Trevor
