Just picked it up and figured I would drive it to work. Love them way more than the wagon spokes!

The best combo on a 4x4! I made the same switch..

Curious what lug nuts you used.

I bought them from davesjunkyard on eBay. He sells lots of slots, most of them highly polished.

Looks great! Slots are my favorite wheel on these trucks, esp on a 4wd

Love the look of slots on these old trucks. I am thinking of trying some of the new 17 inch ones on mine.

So meant too be. Looks great!! I decided to not go to a fantastic rod run to look at other people's stuff while mine sits where it has since May. Man, time flies. I am staying home and putting those 4" springs, shocks, brake hoses, steering arm, etc, on my '72. It all started with a rotor/caliper replacement turned 10k front end service ah let's go ahead and do the lift. The truck has had ragged-out springs and shocks for years and now the tires are getting crappy. I have a set of 16..5 x 9.75 slots with 35//12.50 BFG A/Ts mounted. I want to put those tings to use and wear them out!

I hope I get it done! lol! I'll post pictures for sure. This truck has a funny story, nothing went as with other trucks. It started the same. First thing I did was put cool wheels and tires on, then it all went down hill. Long story, but this one is the keeper and I need to make it mine. I have other plans but things go slow for me.
I admire your whole collection in general, but really love this brown truck with the slots. Just what a guy needs. A healthy brute 4wd is handy!
